UNRAVEL

Two outfits made from 100% Swedish wool, knitted on the innovative digital flatbed knitting machine Kniterate. The wool yarn was developed through the project The Swedish Wool Initiative, led by Axfoundation. UNRAVEL demonstrates the potential of Swedish wool through artistic fashion, as more than half of the wool from Swedish sheep is currently discarded. The project also involved learning to program, operate, and experiment with the knitting machine. The exhibition took place at the Nationalmuseum during Stockholm Fashion Week 2025.
